Arlene Cliffe-Phillips - Mildred Hall School
Ms. Cliffe-Phillips is a long time teacher at Mildred Hall School and we appreciate her humour, kindness and energy. Always positive, and up to any challenge, she role models exceptional curiosity and the willingness to try new things. She organizes many outdoor experiences for her students, often teaching middle schoolers who have never experienced activities like skating, skiing, canoeing and mountain biking, to enjoy the outdoors while learning new skills. Arlene also coaches track and enjoys helping out with drama productions and has a very artistic flair in the classroom as well as on the stage. Her quirkiness always keeps the students engaged as they never know when a science or math lesson could turn into something from out of this world! Arlene is a very dedicated, compassionate and inspiring colleague and we are so fortunate to have her as part of our Mildred Hall School family.
