Re: Selection of Real Estate Agency – Nordic Arms Apartment Building

The Board of Trustees of Yellowknife Education District No. 1 (YK1) is pleased to announce that Coldwell Banker has been selected as the real estate agency to list the Nordic Arms apartment building on Franklin Avenue. Coldwell Banker was selected following a request for proposals and evaluation process. Real estate agents Rod Stirling and Jim Weller expect to list the building in mid to late January 2022. 

Trustees passed a motion in October 2021 authorizing the Superintendent to initiate a process to sell the 24-unit apartment building on Franklin Avenue – a building that has been in YK1’s possession for over 30 years.
