Godi Enı̨thł'è - Sept 21st - 25th
We finised off the week with our annual Terry Fox walk and what a beautiful day it was! École Itlo crushed our fundraiser goal!

Our students also harvested our garden beds last week. Big thanks to Ecology North for helping out with the harvest.

Here is the information and events for this week:

Hot Lunches
We have been working hard at getting the Hot Lunches site up and running for the 2026-2027 School year. Parents will be able to place 'Hot Lunch' orders starting in October with alternating Dominos Pizza ($2.75/slice) from the first Friday of (almost) each month and then every second Friday after, and Subway Sandwiches ($7.00 for 6” sandwiches, $14.00 for 12” sandwiches) on every other Thursday. Payment is made via PayPal.
See here for more information on placing orders.
Bear Awareness
Fall is the time of year that black bears are feeding and preparing for the winter hibernation months. It is not uncommon to see bears around our community. In light of last week's bear sightings, we want to remind of the importance to be bear aware.

Bike Safety
A gentle reminder to walk the bikes when coming onto the school sidewalks. The sidewalks are for the students and families that are walking and so we ask to please refrain from biking on the sidewalks.
