Breakfast Club

We continue to offer a breakfast program to all Itlo studdents. Serving whole wheat toasts, bagels, cereals, milk, cheese, yogurts, oatmeal and fruits. We are looking for Breakfast Program volunteers from 7:50 - 8:40 each morning. If you have a few minutes to spare in the mornings, please sign up here.

*** A reminder that JK students are welcomed to attend breakfast club however must be accompanied by a parent or adult.***

A gentle reminder that Breakfast begins at 8:05 for students. They must wait outside until a staff member is on site at 8:05. Once students are finished eating, they are to wait outdoors until the 8:20 bell.

Sliding Hill

With the icy conditions, the hill beside the stairs leading to the playground has become snow covered and kids are sliding down. In an effort to ensure everyone’s safety, please refrain from having your child slide down the hill until after all the buses have gone, and they are under your supervision. Thanks for your cooperation and support in keeping everyone safe.

Curling Club

We've organized an opportunity for students from grdae 3, 4 & 5 to partake in curling workshops with the Yellowknife Curling Club in November and December. If they enjoy it, this can also continue into the new year. This opportunity, including buses, is at no cost to students thanks to a grant.

Each class will go for two sessions, with the opportunity to have a third session before the holiday break if you'd like. Classes will be grouped by grade, and a bus will transport the students to and from the curling club.
