Dear Grads and Parents,

We hope everyone is staying safe and healthy. We are looking forward to opening our doors to students on Monday! Please see below for important updates regarding grad.

1. Grad hoodies can be picked up on Monday, January 24th in the foyer between 10am-2pm. If you missed out on this order, please respond to this email to get your name added to a list for a 2nd grad hoodie order.

2. Graduation Ceremony Dates: Academic and Formal Graduation Ceremonies will be held on June 24th and/or June 25th at Somba K'e Civic Plaza. It is still undecided if the ceremonies will be held on one day or two days. We will also have to consider the weather since the ceremonies will be held outside. Please stay tuned for more information.

3. ECE Student Financial Assistance will be running a workshop with students early in semester two. Further information to come.

4. The Yellowknife Community Foundation (scholarships) will also be providing a session on their application process prior to March Break.

5. Grad Photos: we will be hiring a local photographer to provide this service to our graduates. Once this contract is finalized we will have more details.
