Library

The library is the resource centre of Sir John Franklin, housing books, yearbooks, computers, Chromebooks and printers. It is a bright space lit by a  wall of windows facing a natural rock and tree landscape. With its plants and a few indoor trees the library is a green space in the white winter months. It is a hub for students on spares, on work periods, students requiring computers, printers, quiet spaces, as well as areas to collaborate and create. Classes use the library and the upper computer lab for research and as a break out space for group work and research. The library hours are 8:00am to 4:00pm. Students are even invited to eat their lunch in the library.
