Plant sale

Update: May 9, 2023 - We have updated our original posting below with a revised date for our PAC meeting and information on the upcoming Spring Concert

Grade 4/5 Soccer Results

Our school entered 3 teams into the Grade 4/5 Soccer Tournament that was organized this past weekend. All teams played extremely well under the guidance of our coaches M. Fabien, Mme. Jasmine and Mme. Justine. Our Grade 5 and 4 Boys' team played in the finals against each other, with the Grade 5s winning the first pennant ever for École Įtł’ǫ̀. Both the boys' teams earned medals for their play. Our Girls' team also had an excellent weekend, bringing home the banner for their division. There will be a team celebration next Monday (May 15th) at lunch so that the players can enjoy some pizza and sign the banners. Congratulations to our players and coaches!

Update May 9th - Spring Concert

We are excited to invite families of students in grades 3 through 5 to our Spring Concert. Students in these classes have been hard at work on their routines. Performances will include signing and dancing! Our gym will be decorated by our younger students in a Spring Theme. The concert takes place on Wednesday May 17th in the gym. Doors open at 6:00 PM, and the performances start at 6:30. We hope to see you there!

Hay River Track Meet

We would like to remind the parents of all students in Grades 1 to 5 that the Hay River Track Meet is back on this year. It runs from May 31st to June 2nd (inclusive). Last week, Mme. Danika visited the classes to distribute enrolment forms and talk to the students about the upcoming meet. The deadline to register a child and have your payment submitted is May 10th. E-transfers are the easiest and can be made to itlo@yk1.nt.ca. You can download the registration form for more details.

The survey remains open until June 2nd.
