Spring Concert Food Drive Success!
Thank you to our families for your fantastic support of our students for our Spring Concert. These events are always very well attended, and the students appreciate being able to show the results of their hard work. Thank you also for your generosity with food donations. The collection bin was full, and your contributions make a difference!
School Staff Update
As many of you may know, M. Stéphane has been away from work recently. Earlier this week, we learned that he is returning. This means that he will be offering PE for all of our classes starting on Tuesday, May 23rd. Welcome back M. Stéphane!
At the same time, Mme. Emma is wrapping up her time with us this year. For the past two months, Mme. Emma has given reading support to our younger students, while teaching PE classes in the afternoon. Thank you Mme. Emma and we all hope you have an enjoyable summer.
PAC Meeting
The next PAC meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, May 24th at 7:00 PM. The meeting will take place in-person in the school's staff room. Those who cannot make it to the school can still join us via our online link at meet.google.com/ybv-ecjw-gth. See you on Wednesday! Outdoor Learning
The return of warmer weather makes it very appealing for students to continue their learning outdoors. We are seeing our classes go outside to enjoy the nice weather while learning in a setting outside of the regular classroom. Please keep this in mind and make sure your children are ready for the sunny conditions. We encourage everyone to wear a hat, stay hydrated, and wear other appropriate sun protection.
Reminder - Breakfast Program Volunteers
We are always on the lookout for volunteers for our breakfast program. If you can help us out on a weekday morning between 7:45 and 8:30, please take a look at the PAC's sign-up sheet and consider volunteering. We appreciate your help!
