It's hard to believe that we are almost in the month of June! The first year at École Įtł’ǫ̀ seems to have flown by. June is definitely a busy month as we approach the end of our first year. Please remember that there is no school on Monday June 5th as our staff begin working on the students' year-end report cards. Here is the other school news for the week...
École Įtł’ǫ̀ Student Makes National News!
Recently, Ellie in Grade Two made local and national news for her fundraising lemon aid stand. Ellie raised over $500 and used the money to provide toys to the Hay River evacuees. Thank you for showing great community spirit Ellie! For those of you who may not have seen it yet, the full report on CBC's National is available online.
Subway Lunch - Thursday June 1st
Our next Subway Lunch day is June 1st. If you would like to order a sandwich for your child, please place your order online before 6PM on Monday May 28th. Thanks very much to our PAC for organizing our Subway Lunch days. Students and staff appreciate them very much!

Treats for Teachers
Thank you very much to the PAC for continuing the tradition of treats for our school's staff. The next treats day is set for June 5th with the idea of arranging them for our staff as they work on the upcoming end of June report cards. Reminder - Parent Survey
Our school district is interested in parents' views on the district as a whole and their schools. We are asking to take a few minutes to fill out a survey allowing you to share your perspectives. All answers are anonymous and confidential. The information provided will help the district plan for future improvements and services. Please use this link to access the survey.
