I am originally from Heart’s Delight, Newfoundland however spent my high school years in Inuvik, NT. That is where my love for the north began. I returned to Newfoundland which is where I completed my University degree and moved to Yellowknife as soon as I was done. Yellowknife has now been my home for 8 years and I look forward to many more. 

In my free time I enjoy entertaining friends and family, cooking, reality tv, and I never miss a Boston Bruins game!

This year I am teaching the Pre School program here at MHS. I have spent most of my teaching years at this school and am proud to be part of the Mildred Hall family!
