PowerSchool Information

Dear Parents, Guardians and Staff,

As you may already be aware, the student information system used by many educational institutions across Canada and North America, PowerSchool, has experienced a data breach. We regret to inform you that YK1 has also been impacted by this breach.

The Department of Education, Culture, and Employment (ECE), which holds the contract for PowerSchool services, has been working diligently to implement enhanced security measures and ensure the breach is contained.

Please see the attached letter from ECE for more detailed information. We will also be providing updates on our social media channels and website.
